All Nexus Agriculture multispectral cameras and hardware components come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a refund, items must be in original, undamaged condition with all accessories and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Annual software subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion minus a processing fee.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.
Consulting, training, and implementation services may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Custom services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
